Cancellation Policy

Thank you for trusting me as your Esthetician. In order to provide the best service possible to our clients, we have implemented the following policies: No Shows and Cancellations: Please understand that other clients may be competing for your appointment time. In order to be courteous to them and to me, please give 24-hour notice of cancellations. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service amount. This policy is in place to respect both my time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your esthetician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to your esthetician and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. Deposits: To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation or a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule and serve all our clients efficiently.
